PND

Just a cautionary note to the wise,
One of the tools of the modern police service is now the common place PND ( penalty notice for disorder )
There are two levels a £40 and £80 fine.

An interesting point to note. .. Is that it must be issued by an officer in uniform..

One to remember if your in a plain clothes department.
